Steakhouse Favorites w/ Chef Jesse Vega feat. 'Steak Diane'

Everyone needs a go-to fancy dinner for entertaining. Something that you can change up on the fly and still come out looking like a pro! 

Chef Jesse Vega is an experienced culinary instructor and consummate professional who always gets rave reviews for his informative and easy-to-understand cooking style. And boy, can he cook. Chef has designed a fabulous menu that will not only wow dinner guests but is also ideal for those special family celebrations. 

You’ll sit back and relax with a glass of wine as Chef starts things off with salad and a fresh-made vinaigrette and follows up with grilled Shrimp with beer batter onion rings. 

Then, we’ll learn EXACTLY how to grill or broil a beef filet to perfection and watch as Chef shows off his sauce-making skills while whipping up a lovely Diane Sauce to “up” the fancy quotient!.  

He’ll round out this exceptional meal with one of his favorite potato dishes, plus asparagus topped with fresh Hollandaise Sauce. We’ll end with a schmancy dessert. (psst… it includes Grand Marnier and fresh-made whipped cream).

Wow, what a menu… and what a perfect way to cap off your weekend.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
