Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging culinary professional and passionate about cooking Mexican cuisine, so you can bet your whisk she knows a thing or two about making a mean tortilla from scratch!
Today, she’ll explore corn and flour tortillas and make sure you walk away with the know-how and confidence to whip them up in your own cocina. Promise. She’ll cover things like mixing. rolling and cooking the dough as she shares her expert tortilla-making tips and techniques that will guarantee success – every time. You’ll also learn the best way to store and reheat them.
These homemade gems will take your next Mexican meal up a notch! Say goodbye to those processed store-bought fakers… these are the real deal!
