If you’ve ever been to Santa Fe, New Mexico, you know that it is a mecca for food lovers. Home to the famous Coyote Café and Café Pasqual’s, both of which pioneered southwestern cuisine and helped bring it to the country’s attention.
Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is excited to teach this interesting class as she shows you how to prepare some of her favorite dishes inspired by the flavors of the southwest.
Chef Jill is an engaging culinary instructor, and she's passionate about teaching folks how to cook. You’ll get to tie on an apron and help with some of the cooking activities, too. Si!

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
