Next Level Cake Decorating with Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner

Up the ante with your cake decorating skills as today’s experienced instructor teaches some fancy-schmancy decorating techniques. 

Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute and past owner of Mulberry & Motts and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room, so you’re in for a real treat. 

She’ll start this fun class by quickly running through a few decorating basics then she will be off and running as she teaches you some awesome cake decorating techniques such as how to create flowers using modeling chocolate, how to create those Pinterest-trending flowers using a “Russian Tip,”, and more cool decorating techniques. Fancy and very do-able!

Get ready to wow your own darn self as you practice these new skills and decorate your own take-home mini cake. You’ll garner valuable hands-on experience as well as step-by-step instructions.

(Note: Cake Deco 101 is not a pre-requisite to this class.)
