Enter experienced culinary instructor Chef LaDonna Johnson to save the day. She’s a plant-based cooking expert and is eager to share her wealth of knowledge as you learn about the health benefits and high nutritional value that the raw foods used in today’s super salad recipes provide.  

From simple composed salads to heartier full dinner salads made with grains, proteins, vegetables and fruits, these flavorful salads are sure to please. She’ll also explore some of her favorite homemade dressings to add tons of flavor to your colorful salads.
