(No Longer Available) Martinis, Cocktails & Mad Men – A Retro Culinary Experience

Austin Powers would be proud of this groovy Saturday night class. Let’s put on some happenin’ albums (or maybe fire up the ol’ 8-track), dig out those platform shoes and ‘truck on down’ - cause we’re goin’ back in time.

This retro class will feature foods (and music) from the 60’s & 70's and a menu showered with the glow of a culinary disco ball. Dig it!

One of our coolest instructors, Bruce Campbell, will lead our journey back in time as he starts the evening with a classic Fedora Martini and an assortment of throwback appetizers.

Then, you’ll sit back and relax as he teaches basic culinary skills while stepping back in time and preparing throwback salads and savory appetizers that, of course, you’ll get to taste along the way.

Bruce isn’t just known for his cooking abilities… he also has mad cocktail mixing skills and will show them off as he stirs up the perfect Amaretto Sour to sip on during class.

To cap off our fab evening, Bruce will prepare a super cool chocolate-y dessert that you’ll adore alongside a Keoke Coffee. Hey, we might even work in a little Jell-o somewhere just to keep things authentic. Kidding… or are we?  (We are.)

We encourage you to dive to the back of your closet and come dressed for this super fun retro cooking class if you are so inclined. Be there or be square, Baby!

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
