These traditional lip-smackin’ soul food recipes are to die for. Promise.

She’ll mix the perfect soulful blend of sweet and savory, and a little southern spice, as she teaches essential culinary skills while whipping up tonight’s fabulous menu. Yep, just sit back and relax as you learn to cook Southern soul food, the REAL way! 

Nothing is more Southern than oven fried chicken, and that’s just what Chef LaDonna will treat you with tonight! She’ll also share her recipes for southern-style grown-up mac ‘n cheese (that’s soooo good), wilted greens and more.  And, no down-home soul food meal is complete without a sweet dessert, so you’re in for a treat as Chef LaDonna dazzles you with a classic N’Awlin’s favorite, Bananas Foster Flame. Whoa... that's what I'm talkin' about!

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
