A ‘Big Easy” Cajun Cooking Class featuring Jambalaya, Muffuletta & More!

'Let The Good Times Roll' as The Culinary Center heads down to Bourbon Street! Tonight, “King of the Cocktail” and experienced culinary instructor, Bruce Campbell, whisks us away to the Big Easy for an evening of fantastic N’Awlins-inspired food and drink.

You’ll be greeted with a tasty Creole Dip and a Hurricane, the most famous (or infamous) of Bourbon Street cocktails. There’s no imbibing on an empty stomach in this part of town, so we’ll dive right in as you sit back and relax while Bruce shows you how to prepare authentic tastes and aromas of New Orleans right before your eyes.

Our scrumptious menu will feature authentic Bourbon Street delicacies like Mini Muffuletta, Smoked Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya and a southern-inspired Black-Eyed Pea Salad. And, it goes without saying that we’ll enjoy Bread Pudding that’s topped with a delicious Bourbon Sauce and served with Café Diabolique. Ayeee!
