It’s Easy To Be Cheesy! Learn to Make Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta
Have you met fresh mozzarella yet? Forget about that supermarket stuff because we’re going to show you how to make fresh cheese - from scratch. It’s not hard to do. And trust us, after you learn how, you’ll be hooked. We’re talking tender, fresh mozzarella cheese packed in a watery brine that retains its freshness and moisture.
But wait… there’s more! You’ll also learn to make soft, slightly sweet Ricotta cheese and then discuss how the cheeses are used to create delicious dishes.
Dr. Lisa Sharpe Elles is in our kitchen and eager to show you how it’s done. She’s a college professor with tons of teaching experience and knows how to make learning fun! From milk to curds – she’ll cover it all as you try your hand at the cheese-making process.
Of course, there will be tasting for everything covered in the class… plus, you’ll get to tie on an apron and help with some of the cheesy activities. Don’t miss this fun and interactive class… it’s gonna be a goudaone!
