The 4th of July holiday weekend is right around the corner so what better time to sign up for this super fun grilling class is sure to take your outdoor entertaining game to a new level…..you’ll be the one with the “license plate says #1 (Grillin’) Superstar!” Oh yeah!

Join Award-Winning BBQ expert, Chef Richard McPeake, as he teaches you how to create easy “party starting” appetizers on your grill. That’s right, on the grill! We’ll learn lots of great grilling tips and techniques as Chef Richard shows you how to make awesome hot and cold dips and spreads. 

We’ll learn as we prepare Baba Ghanoush, Caramelized Sweet Onion Grilled Baked Baby Brie with Pesto Melbas, Cold Crabmeat Dip, Avocado & Red Onion Dip, White Bean & Basil Dip and Olive Tapenade. These grilled beauties are sure to impress! Now … let’s get this party started!
