Take your desserts beyond the ordinary and into the realm of extraordinary as Pastry Chef Erik Sharp teaches fundamentals baking skills to create a trio of simply marvelous desserts:  Chocolate Roulade, a lovely Frangipane Fruit Tart and one of his favorite specialty cheesecakes that surprises and delights when sliced.  You’ll also get to tie on an apron and work alongside him as you prepare your own tart to take home and show off to your family. 

Chef Erik has a career spanning 30+ years, much of that time as Pastry Chef for Kansas City’s renowned American Restaurant and former owner of Three Spoons of Sugar, which featured fine desserts, pastries, and chocolates, so you can rest assured, you’ll be learning from one of the best in the biz. 

You’ll want to keep the recipes learned today handy as you’ll be whipping them up for special occasions such as dinner parties, holidays, and special family get-togethers – all year ‘round!
