An Urban ‘Farm To Table’ Wine Dinner featuring Lamb with Chef Brandon Winn
Join us to celebrate the bounty of our local Farmers Markets with a full “feast of the senses.” Chef Brandon Winn will design an amazing meal based on what he chooses from the “best of the best” at the Farmers Market the morning of the class.
As always, we promise a unique dining experience that is unlike any you’ll find in Kansas City. Chef is passionate about supporting local farmers and he has personal relationships with many of them, so tonight will be special.
You’ll be in good hands with this accomplished chef and restaurateur who brings years of experience, including his time alongside Chef Ted Habiger at the Kansas City legendary restaurant Room 39, as well as his recent position as Executive Chef at The Webster House.
Expect a very special evening that includes a multi-course wine dinner interspersed with cooking demonstrations where you’ll learn the magic behind the dishes he will serve.
You'll sit back and relax as Chef teaches essential culinary techniques while showing you how to prepare an outstanding farm-fresh menu that includes a fresh kale salad, and an interesting dish with smoked trout topped with a cream sauce and fresh greens - all centered around an outstanding entree featuring lamb. Our evening will end with one of Chef's favorite desserts - Bossa Cheesecake topped with sweet treats. He’ll even bring up a couple of lucky folks to try their hand alongside him.
This would be a great evening to gather your friends and an enjoy a unique culinary experience of excellent food and perfectly paired wines.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
