Join us for a special evening learning “ye old New England classics” as we pay homage to the Union Oyster House – America’s oldest restaurant. This historic landmark has been serving up authentic New England fare for more than 280 years and is a must-see stop when visiting Boston.

Tonight, you’ll work alongside experience instructor, Chef Richard McPeake, as he teaches you to recreate some of the most iconic dishes of this Beantown favorite. (Psst....You may not realize that Chef McPeake has a bit of a “fishy” past....he designed the original recipes for one of Kansas City’s most iconic restaurants,  Bristol Bar & Grill, so he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to cooking with fish and seafood!)

We’ll kick things off with a Basque Style Mussels and Clam Chowder (It’s Chowda, Bobby!”) , then move on to Pan-Seared Shrimp with a Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce, Saffron Rice, and, of course, Boston Baked Beans. We’ll end with a classic Boston Cream Pie.

Take it from me, ya beddanot miss this one!
