Plant-Based Cooking For A Crowd! Perfectly Portable Picnic & Potluck Dishes w/ Chef LaDonna Johnson
Summer is in full swing now and we’re finally back to enjoying family gatherings, potlucks, and picnics. And just because you’re eating less (or no) meat & dairy, doesn’t mean you should miss out on all the great food!
Tonight, you’ll learn some delicious plant-based/vegan recipes perfect for all your summer get-togethers and picnics such as a duo of fabulous and tasty dips, plus a refreshing Salsa. You’ll also learn Chef LaDonna’s Creamy Potato Salad (without the traditional mayo and those other unhealthy ingredients!), plant-based Pinwheels, and a colorful salad loaded with yummy veggies and grains.
These are flavorful dishes that will fill you up and satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. (They won’t know they’re made with healthy ingredients…..unless you tell them!) They travel well (for parties and picnics on-the-go) and can be made ahead of time (to get you out of the kitchen faster). You’re welcome.
Here to show us how it’s done is plant-based cooking expert, Chef LaDonna Johnson. She owns her own business – Organic Soul – and has many years of healthy cooking experience under her belt. She’ll teach you that foods don’t have to be coated in cream and butter to taste good and that we can have it all – good food that is full of flavor AND healthy and plant-based at the same time as she shares some of her crowd-favorite picnic & potluck dishes.
You’ll also taste everything taught in class, plus take home the recipes and the confidence to make them in your own kitchen.
