Cauliflower is everywhere these days! You’ll find it used as an easy substitute for potatoes, rice and pasta simply because this super nutritious vegetable is packed with tons of good-for-you vitamins and antioxidants and is very versatile in its uses.
Culinary instructor and plant-based/vegan cooking expert, Chef LaDonna Johnson will lead tonight’s tasty class as she shines the light on the health benefits of cauliflower and shows you how to use it as a key ingredient for a cozy, comforting winter family-friendly dishes (or enjoy them solo on the sofa, straight out of the pan. No judgement. You do you.)
Chef LaDonna will teach essential culinary techniques as she shows you how to incorporate cauliflower into powerfully delicious dishes like Cauliflower Steaks, a creamy Risotto, tasty Soup and a spicy appetizer. These super dishes are so close to the real thing even the kids and hubby won't know they are eating cauliflower, and if you don’t’ tell them, neither will we!
