(No Longer Available) Farmers’ Market Fresh: Super Salads & Vibrant Dressings

Admit it…you have a salad for lunch, or dinner, at least a couple of times each week – especially in the summer months. Who needs to cook a big meal when you can throw together a fresh salad and take advantage of all the glorious fresh produce available at your local farmers’ market, right?  And wouldn’t it be great if you had an arsenal of chef-approved recipes and salad-making techniques that would keep your menus from getting boring?  

Enter experienced culinary instructor Chef LaDonna Johnson to save the day.  She’s a plant-based cooking expert and is eager to share her wealth of knowledge as you learn about the health benefits and high nutrition value that the raw foods used in today’s super salad recipes provide.  From simple composed salads to heartier full dinner salads made with grains, proteins, vegetables, and fruits, these flavorful salads are sure to please. 

She’ll also explore some of her favorite homemade dressing to add tons of flavor to your colorful salads. Delicious, and fresh…this class is sure to get you to a healthier (and tastier) way of living…and eating!
