Veganize Your Favorite Recipes
One of the dilemmas faced by those following a plant-based or vegan lifestyle, is missing the taste and smells of their old favorite foods. You know what I’m talking about…..those dishes that grandma served up every year at family holidays….or mom’s homecooked meals…..that make up your history. The mere thought of them – not to mention the aromas - bring back happy nostalgic memories.
What if we told you that you don’t have to give in to your craving for the unhealthier version of your favorite foods, and that that it’s possible to veganize any recipe with just a few simple substitutions for dairy, eggs or other ‘not-so-good-for-you’ ingredients.
Enter today’s instructor, Tracy Richter, to show you how it’s done. Tracy is passionate about living a vegan lifestyle and, over the years, has learned about and experimented with healthier and more compassionate substitutions that transformed dishes that she craved, into new versions that align with her values, without sacrificing the taste.
Tracy will share her knowledge as she walks you through the easy-peasy process of veganizing recipes, while teaching you to make a few of her own beloved dishes. You’ll discover that it’s not hard to veganize any recipe and maintain the taste to satisfy those cravings. Because if you can have the foods you grew up with, in healthier versions, well, why wouldn’t you?
This class is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone who simply wants to eat healthier.
