The Vegan Bakery: Simply Delicious Plant-Based Desserts

Whether you've adopted a plant-based/vegan lifestyle or suffer with an egg or dairy allergy, the expert techniques and tips you’ll learn in today’s baking fundamentals class will show you how simple and satisfying homemade vegan desserts can be!
Today’s instructor Tracy Richter is a dedicated vegan, and everything she cooks, and bakes, is 100% vegan. After growing up and learning to bake alongside her mom, Tracy developed a passion for desserts that eventually led her to start a home-based bakery. You can bet your whisk she knows what she’s talking about. She truly believes that vegan food can and should be fun and delicious and is excited to share her knowledge and passion for vegan baking.
Today, Tracy will offer guidance and tips for successful healthy baking including affordable, easy-to-find substitutes for dairy and egg products, the essential ingredients every vegan baker needs to keep stocked in their pantry, and lots more tips and tricks as she walks you through some of her favorite vegan dessert recipes. These gems are guaranteed to taste so darn good they'll have you (and your family and friends) coming back for seconds (and thirds, who are we kidding), confirming the age-old dilemma that you can have your cake (or cookie or pie!) andeat it, too
You’ll get to tie on an apron and help Tracy with some of the baking activities, plus take home the recipes so you can recreate them in your own kitchen. Trust me, no one will guess that these baked goodies are made with healthy alternatives, unless you tell them!
