From Saute to Braising: Essential Cooking Methods For The Home Cook with Chef Jill
Tonight’s fundamentals class will cover basic cooking methods necessary to the practical application of most recipes. Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will walk you through some of the most basic cooking methods with her fun and easy-to-understand teaching style.
You’ll garner loads of expert tips that will absolutely change the way you approach cooking. And, you’ll be introduced to the language and techniques used by chefs and excellent cooks all over the world as you learn basic tips covers sautéing, searing, braising, and more. You'll also get some cooking time alongside Chef Jill too.
These are skills that every home cook needs to know in order to get dinner on the table in a hurry……and make you a Rock Star in the kitchen! You heard me.
