Cook Like An Italian: Handmade Pasta, Sauces & Cannoli! with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt
This evening you’ll learn to cook tasty Italian cuisine from one of the best. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging culinary instructor– plus, she’s lots of fun!
She’ll share her tips and teach fundamental cooking techniques as you learn to create authentic dishes that are perfect for both entertaining as well as for quick weeknight meals.
You’ll get to tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough. Then, you'll move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce and the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo. And, of course, we’ll end on a sweet note with homemade Cannoli – that you’ll get to help fill!
