Everyday Asian…..Including A Lesson on Dumplings & More!

Asian cuisine is fresh, flavorful and interesting, not to mention healthy. In tonight’s class, we’ll learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking with Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. 

It will be a great night of culinary fun with Chef Jill as she teaches basics like knife skills, sautéing, sauce-making and more. You’ll learn how to prepare classic Asian dishes such as Spicy Sichuan Dumplings and Minced Pork with Noodles, plus a lesson on Fried Rice. 

You’ll also walk away with the recipes, along with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian delights in your own kitchen.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
