A Bad-Ass Backyard Cocktail Party with Bruce!
It’s Thursday night and the weekend is almost here….so let’s chill together in the backyard, shall we? Get on the phone and gather your group of friends or plan a unique date night for your honey and join us for a unique cooking class and cocktail party designed for fun.
Leading tonight’s class will be Bruce Campbell, CCKC’s own “master of mixology,” who will show us how to mix some pretty darned perfect warmer weather cocktails.
Get ready to be educated in the art of cocktails as Bruce starts things off with the Pineapple Infused Vodka Cosmo. We’ll also explore several variations of sparkling wine cocktails including a Sparkling Strawberry Sangria! If that’s not enough fun, Bruce wants to play a little game called “Name That Mystery Drink” which ought to be entertaining to say the least!
We can’t very well have a whole lot of toasting without some nibbles so Bruce will serve up some flavorful appetizers with a Cajun flair such as Smoked Paprika Glazed Andouille Bites, Black Eyed Pea Salsa with Chips, Mini- Muffulettas and a Southern dessert.
Of course, you’ll leave with all of the recipes (yes, for the drinks too!) so you can recreate all of tonight’s food and cocktails at your next backyard cocktail party. You’re welcome.
