Tonight, you’re in for a treat when you get what you have always dreamed of as you learn to make a variety of authentic Chinese Dim Sum along with awesome lessons in cooking like a rock star from our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt.

Get ready for a fun Saturday night cooking class as you learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking from an experienced culinary pro. Did I mention that Chef Jill is tons of fun?  Well, she is, and you’re going to love her engaging teaching style!  You’ll tie on an apron and help with some of the cooking activities as Chef Jill as teaches culinary basics like knife skills, sautéing, sauce-making and more.

Dim Sum has been a favorite meal of Asian families for centuries. Dim Sum (or Yum Cha, meaning “taking tea”) is basically the Asian version of “tapas” or “small dishes.” The diner chooses from a variety of offerings brought to the table, and sometimes even prepared tableside. These little dishes make great appetizers, too.

You’ll walk away with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian delights in your own kitchen. A fun way to unwind with friends or a unique date night with your honey.
