Elle T knows your challenges firsthand as she has spent the last 5+ years working through her own health challenges to avoid surgery. Lucky for her, she knows how to cook. She feels your pain and understands the frustration (and the rewards by the way!!) when adapting the right kind of cooking techniques and recipes to your repertoire and eating habits.
In tonight’s informative class, she’ll show you how to invest in a well-stocked gluten-free pantry while not breaking the bank. She’ll show you which products to embrace in your journey…and which ones to avoid.
We'll cover the basics and explore great questions such as: What CAN I eat? What gluten-free flours work best to replace regular all-purpose flour in my favorite recipes? Which pre-made breads hold up the best for a sandwich (grilled, cold, or toasted). Where can I find the best selection of gluten-free ready-to-eat basics and components to other tasty gluten-free dishes?
But wait, there's more! Throughout the evening, we will taste some of Elle T’s favorite made-from-scratch snacks, desserts, appetizers and more. You’ll also get to create a flatbread recipe blend and take it home to bake off. Imagine how great your house will smell. Finally….the aroma of bread baking in a gluten-free household!
