To bundt or not to bundt……that is the question.  And tonight, Chef & Lead Instructor, Jill Garcia Schmidt has your answer.  In fact, she’s brining a wealth of valuable information to you as she covers the basics of making perfect bundt cakes. 

Get ready for an informative class as you get in on some of cooking activities while Chef Jill explores the why’s and how’s to making these timeless cakes, why the heck would you want to use a bundt pan in the first place, how to prep and choose the types of cake batter that pairs perfectly with the pretty baking pans, and many more of your burning questions (No, silly, we’re not actually burning anything. We’re a cooking school, for goodness sake!).

Chef Jill spent many years honing her baking skills in local bakeries, so you can bet your bundt pan, she knows what she’s talkin’ about and is excited to share her expert baking tips & techniques while walking you though a few of her favorite bundt cake recipes – yep, just like grandma used to make. 

Yes, you’ll get to taste them (duh)…and yes, you’ll leave with all of the recipes along with the confidence to create these tasty cakes in your own kitchen.
