Travel with us to the beautiful Southwest for this special Sunday morning brunch class taught by a consummate professional, Chef Richard McPeake, a Culinary Institute Graduate, cookbook author and award-winning chef.

In this morning's cooking class, you’ll assist in creating an elegant brunch inspired by dishes made famous by some of Santa Fe’s renowned restaurants such as Café Pasqual’s.

You’ll garner essential cooking skills throughout class and learn some clever presentation ideas as you learn a fab menu of Smoked Trout on Pepper Potato Hash, Breakfast Quesadillas with Roasted Tomato and Jalapeno Salsa, Poached Huevos Rancheros with Black Beans, Cheese Blintzes with Fresh Strawberry Jam and Sour Cream, Santa Fe Cheese Grits, Whole Wheat Pancakes with Pure Maple Syrup, and Sauteed Bananas with Queso Fresco.

Hey, it’s not a brunch without cocktails, right?  So Chef will also show us how to make some Santa Fe-inspired libations to round out our morning - the Santa Fe Sunrise and Fresh Fruit Liquados! That’s what I’m talkin’ about!
