Take your culinary repertoire up a notch with a very special seafood dinner menu and learn how to impress special dinner guests with this fabulous meal that will knock their socks off.... and put a feather in your toque!
In tonight’s class, you’ll get what you have always dreamed of…learn to cook a gourmet dinner menu along with a rock star instructor, our own Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt.
Chef Jill has a laid-back teaching style that you’re sure to love and she’s excited to share her deep culinary experience with you! Get ready to be amazed as she shows off her mad skills while divulging some of her expert culinary tips as she whips up a delicious dishes.
Our menu starts off with Coconut Shrimp as tasty appetizers and follows up with a lovely salad. Then, Chef Jill will dive right into the water with a savory Cioppino entree – a wonderful seafood stew seared over rice along with warm, crusty bread so you can sop up every last bite of this yummy dish. Lucky you!
For dessert, Chef Jill will show you how to use a kitchen torch while creating a fantastic Crème Brule for the grand finale. Fancy!
You’ll help Chef Jill with some of the cooking activities too. A great way to unwind with friends or your special someone on a Saturday night.

We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
