You will learn so much from accomplished Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner in this 4-hour pastry arts class as she walks you through the steps to create fabulous eclairs– from start to finish. It’s simpler than you might think!
Chef is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room – so you can rest assured that you’ll be learning from the real deal.
Get ready to be dazzled as Chef Natasha as she shows off essential techniques learned from her many years of baking experience. She’ll cover pastry arts basics like measuring techniques, how to choose the right ingredients, mise en place and more while teaching you how to make the perfect Pâte à Choux dough.
Then, hold onto your chef hats because Chef will cover fabulous variations, shapes and finishes like the ever-popular Éclair. Of course, you’ll learn about amazing fillings for our beautiful baked pastries and discover the proper ways to fill them. Won't you be fancy? Oui Oui!
