Chef LaDonna Johnson is an experienced plant-based cook which makes her the perfect instructor o give you the information you need, not only about what it means to eat this way but how to make it happen.
Today, she’ll teach basics like how to prepare a weekly plant-based menu on a budget and more. Chef LaDonna understands that the ingredients can be a little intimidating, and that folks want to purchase them, but don’t know where to start and don’t want to waste a lot of money on ingredients that they might not use again. She gets it and is eager to show you how it’s done.
