Why do vegetarians always get stuck with Tofurky on their holiday table? Seriously, is that the best we can do? Wouldn’t it be awesome if you had a foolproof holiday menu that would make even the most die-hard vegan or vegetarian jump with joy? Well, here you go.

With plant-based lifestyles on the rise these days, there are plenty of other tasty options to serve your non-meat eating friends and family on “turkey day”….or, in this case, “NO turkey day.”….or for any special meal during the holiday season.

Plant-based cooking expert, Chef LaDonna Johnson, will share her tips to prepare this very doable and tasty 100% plant-based, holiday meal without using any animal products.

For the star of the show, Chef LaDonna will teach one of her favorite entrees made with seitan, as a turkey alternative. Plus, a savory cornbread dressing (gluten-free) and gravy. 

Next, she’ll explore delicious side dishes that are traditionally holiday but offer a bit more nutrition to keep us happy and healthy during the season such as a yummy Green Bean Casserole, sweet potatoes, and a lovely kale salad. Of course there will be dessert, too! Duh. You'll learn to make Chef LaDonna's mouthwatering Pecan Pie, a crowd pleasing and waist-friendly holiday dessert to end our plant-based feast.  

Yes, you’ll take the recipes home so that you can recreate for your family or next holiday dinner party. Uh, huh…,now that’s what I’m talking about!
