(No Longer Available) Whisk, Stir, Repeat! An Interactive Saute Workshop

If you want to learn the art of sauté, you have to actually get in there and DO IT! And, no one believes that more than Chef Jesse Vega. He has designed tonight’s fast-moving, and highly engaging cooking class in a way that make learning the art of saute FUN, while also bringing in a bit of friendly competition. (no stink eyes allowed….everybody leaves a winner in this interactive class!) 

The throwdown begins as Chef demonstrates fundamental saute techniques while preparing a simple delicious dish… then the saute pans start flyin’ as everyone gets to the chance to practice what they’ve learned, enjoy a tasting, and then repeat the process with three more versatile saute dishes. 

It’s a non-stop evening of cooking and sampling as we learn and practice newfound cooing skills in the kitchen with recipes like Sauteed Chicken in Cream Sauce, sauteed mushrooms in a buttery sauce, and more.

As always, you’ll leave with the recipes (and confidence!) so you can show off your newfound culinary skills at home. A guaranteed whiskin’ good time!!
