Join American Royal World Series of BBQ Winner (2009) and owner of Plowboys Barbeque Restaurants, Chef Todd Johns, for a fun night of killer BBQ recipes and culinary education from a ‘real deal’ expert.
Chef Todd, who has been featured on shows like Andrew Zimmern’s ‘Zimmern Eats’, is a culinary innovator and has created some recipes that will blow you away, such as Risotto Stuffed Brisket, and his famous Burnt Ends TosTODDa. (Plowboys Barbeque Burnt Ends were named by USA Today as the Best Burnt Ends in American in 2016! Yep, they’re THAT good!).
He’s in the house tonight to give you the ins and outs of his barbeque game and folks, this guy’s got game! He’ll also show you how to make a great salad recipe that pairs perfectly with BBQ, and an interesting dessert that includes a BBQ rub. Say what? Yep, and it’s delicious… and there will be a fabulous Grilled Sangria (who knew?!) to enjoy with this tasty menu.
It’ll be a night of smoky wonder and delectable food… and stories. This guy's full of ‘em.
