Then it’s all about the decorating, as your instructor Rachel Van Stratton, shows you how to use premade Buttercream icing in decorator bags, and Rachel's 4 favorite beginning tips as you learn to make basic decorations such as stars, rosettes, and shell borders. Everything you need to know to make your cake decorating a breeze!
It will all come together as you practice leveling, crumb-coating, icing and decorating your very own mini-cake that you’ll get to take home and show off to your family. Say goodbye to grocery store cakes!
