Heads up, folks! This is a class that our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is sooo excited to teach!  Join her in our kitchen tonight as she shows you how to make her most favorite basic dough recipe AND how to use it to make loads of tasty baked goodies. Yep, from one base recipe.

Impossible, you say?  Well, just sit back and relax as Chef Jill makes a believer out of you.  She’ll share expert tips and teach basic baking techniques as she kicks things off by walking you through how to make this incredible dough. Then the magic begins as Chef Jill discusses how you can literally use this one dough to make make loaves, rolls, buns….you name it!  Of course, you'll get your hands in the flour and mix up a batch of dough to take home and make your own creation.
