Nestled at 2400 feet in the majestic Sierra Foothills, Langman Estate Winery’s mission is to offer sophisticated, yet approachable, wines that reflect the passion of this large family with deep Italian heritage, as well as the unique terroir of this magnificent wine region. 

Help us welcome founder & entrepreneur Jim Langman of Langman Estate Winery (Somerset, CA) who will be in our kitchen this special night, sharing his wines as well as his unusual journey to vineyard ownership rooted in the generational knowledge of Italian home-winemaking brought to America by his family.

Today, Langman Estates Winery produces and sells their acclaimed wines exclusively online and only in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas, the state which the Langman's call home.

To highlight these very special wines, our Chefs have designed a 5-course menu that shines a light on these special wines.

Savor perfectly paired wines with dishes such as Mushroom Ricotta Crostini (made with Chef’s famous freshly made lemon essence ricotta), Insalata Siciliana, Creamy Braised Short Ribs, Risotto Milanese and Rosemary Pear Crostata.

Expect surprises as Jim always brings special gifts to the table.  One guest will even receive a bottle of wine from the first barrel ever produced on the Langman Estate- Langman Estate Winery’s 2012 Vincent Henry’s Vineyard, Barbera Riserva Estate Barrel #1 wine.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
