Let’s stir up some cooking fun in this limited enrollment cooking class featuring a fabulous Lobster Risotto dinner menu with expert culinary instructor, Chef Richard McPeake.

Chef is a true pro when it comes to cooking with seafood.  Did you know he helped create some of the original menus at the Bristol Bar & Grill? Yep, he’s one of the best in the biz and is eager to walk you through the steps to create this elegant upscale menu.

Chef will explore helpful and practical culinary tips and techniques such as whisking, basic knife skills, and more while teaching an outstanding menu begins with Classic Italian Minestrone. Then you’ll tie on an apron and help prepare a lovely Caprese Salad.

For our stunning seafood entrée, Chef Richard will wow you with his exceptional cooking expertise while preparing fancy-schmancy Butter Poached Lobster Risotto – a deliciously simple, yet elegant dish made with lobster broth and fresh tender lobster. For dessert, Chef will whip up one of his favorites – Lemon Mascarpone Cream Tart topped with Cassis-Soaked Raspberries – so decadent and soooo delicious.

What a fabulous way to unwind in this Friday night class filled with a showstopping seafood menu.
