We all need those “go to” recipes and cooking techniques for the busy weeknights. You know, the ones that will feed us well AND allow us some relax and recharge time after dinner!
Tonight, Chef Erik Sharp will teach some basic cooking techniques such as knife skills, sauteing, and roasting tips while he shows you how to make simple supper dishes such chicken cutlets, pork tenderloin, a fall-inspired roasted vegetable side dish and more.
Chef Erik has garnered years of experience under his belt as Pastry Chef for Kansas City's renowned American restaurant, former owner of Three Spoons of Sugar, and more. You can expect to learn much from this culinary professional as he teaches classic, family friendly recipes that are destined to become your new go-to weeknight favorites.
