Chef Richard McPeake teaches our popular 9-week Professional Culinary Arts™ classes and is excited to offer this class on Mediterranean cuisine to be taught in the same manner and at the same level.   Although you do not need to be a graduate of the Pro Series, you do have to have a basic understanding of the most basic cooking techniques.

Chef McPeake is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, cookbook author, and seasoned culinary instructor so you know you’ll learn not only how to prepare this interesting cuisine, but also why! So, don your white chef coat (or borrow one of ours!) and get ready for a serious 3-hour class on an amazing cooking style.

You’ll learn incredible dishes with the tantalizing aromas and stunning flavors indigenous to Mediterranean region like Baba Ghanoush, fresh hummus with fresh-made Pita Bread, classic Tabbouleh (using bulgur wheat), Kibbeh, and Baklava. Chef will also include wines tastings that pair with tonight’s menu.

As in all of Chef’s Pro classes, you will work in small groups and practice what he preaches.  These delicious Mediterranean dishes are some that will be in your culinary arsenal for rest of your life!
