Thai One On! An Interactive ‘Black Friday’ Cooking Party featuring Pad Thai (Class Added on 1/6)

Have you had enough turkey yet?  That’s what I thought.  Gather a group of friends or plan a special night out with your honey and join us for a special ‘Black Friday’ Thai cooking class taught by one of our most popular instructors!

This is your chance to step behind the scenes and into the world of delicious Thai cuisine with a pro. Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will lead our culinary journey and teach you the ins & outs of cooking authentic Thai dishes.  She’s an engaging culinary professional who knows her way around a kitchen and her teaching style is lots of fun and easy to understand.

Chef will explore the underlying principle to cooking authentic Thai cuisine which is to balance flavors, textures, and colors into delicious dishes. Did you know that only in Thai cooking can you find the co-existence of all major flavor characteristics: sweet, sour, spicy, salty, and bitter? Uh, huh… it’s true!

Get ready be impressed while Chef Jill shows off her mad cooking skills while teaching you how to create classic Thai dishes like the oh, so popular Pad Thai, Moo Tod (crispy fried pork), Soft Spring Rolls with a spicy Peanut Sauce, and more.  She’ll also include a lesson how to use a kitchen torch to create a decadent Coconut Cream Brulee. Fancy!
