Holiday Danish Kringle Baking Party!

Get ready to learn some new baking skills as you learn to make Danish Kringle (or Kringla).

There are many types of Kringle from all over the world.  Some are shaped into pretzels, figure eights, pastry rings, or strips, and many are filled with preserves of fruits such as cherry, apple, prune and apricot. Our own, Laura Thomsen (you can call her Elle T!), has been making her Bedstemor’s (that’s Danish for Grandma!) Kringla for years and will instruct us today.  Then you will follow her lead to create your own. 

Your family will sing your praises when your home fills with some crazy good smells.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
