Have you heard? Hot Chocolate Bombs (aka cocoa bombs) are breaking the internet as they continue to explode in popularity. Literally.
These yummy glossy chocolate orbs ARE ‘da bomb! Loaded with everything from marshmallows, sprinkles, to edible trinkets, they sit alone in a trendy over-the-top category of their own. Just plop them into warm milk and watch the drama unfold as they open to reveal the goodies inside – and end with a decadent cup of hot chocolate.
Forget about that powdered mix. Professional Pastry Chef Natasha Goeller is in 'da house to show you how to make these fun edible treats – from start-to-finish. Chef is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room – and she has mad chocolate bomb skills. (yes, that's a real thing)
