(No Longer Available) Holiday Celebration featuring Prime Rib of Beef

What better way to celebrate the season than with a festive cooking party with your spouse, partner or group of friends or colleagues…especially it it’s an elegant Prime Rib Dinner! 

It’s a classic menu that’s not just served during the holidays, but year-round, and known not just for the main dish, but for the accompaniments as well.  You don’t have to go out to a restaurant to enjoy this classic meal. Let’s go “old school” and learn how simple it is to recreate a traditional prime rib dinner menu in your own kitchen.  

Executive Chef Jesse Vega will walk you through how to choose and prep the prime rib and then while our main dish is roasting (imagine how good that will smell!), the group will break into small teams with each team preparing one of the traditional side dishes. Not worry though, Chef Vega will demonstrate all the dishes tonight, so you’ll have the knowledge to recreate the entire meal at home.  You’ll also enjoy a wonderfully decadent dessert to round out our incredible feast.

In the end, we’ll toast to the season and to the good friends we have made on this special night. Cheers!
