A Fancy-Schmancy Dinner Menu featuring Lobster Risotto
Gather a group of friends or treat your sweetie to a special night out as we stir up some cooking fun and learn to prepare a fabulous Lobster Risotto dinner menu.
Expert culinary instructor, Chef Richard McPeake, is eager to walk you through the steps to create this elegant upscale menu. Throughout class, you’ll don an apron and work in small groups next to Chef as he teaches helpful and practical culinary tips and techniques such as whisking, basic knife skills, and more.
Our outstanding menu begins with Classic Italian Minestrone followed by a Caprese Salad. For our fabulous entrée, Chef Richard will teach you to prepare a fancy-schmancy Butter Poached Lobster with a Flavorful Risotto – a deliciously simple, yet elegant dish made with lobster broth and fresh tender lobster. For our mouthwatering dessert, you’ll learn to make one of Chef’s favorites – Lemon Mascarpone Cream Tart topped with Cassis-Soaked Raspberries – so delicious.
What a fabulous way to unwind after the busy holiday season with a cooking class filled with a decadent menu and lots of Chef McPeake cooking time.
