Pasta Love! An Italian Cooking Party featuring Fresh Pasta & Sauces (More Fresh Pasta Added on 3/26)

Face it, we’re all a little desperate – desperate to have a night out with our pals, that is! C’mon, you know who you are! 

Gather a group of friends and head on over for a special night OFF filled with cooking fun in the CCKC kitchens – Little Italy-Style! One of our longtime instructors, Bruce Campbell, will teach you some of his favorite Italian recipes in a fun and relaxed way.

He’ll start our pasta party with a lovely salad. Then, Bruce moves right into our cooking lesson as he teaches you the simple steps to making homemade egg pasta.

Next, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique as you work alongside Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine, as well as cheese-filled Tortellini.  Plus, two classic Italian sauces, Marinara and Creamy Carbonara, to enjoy with your fresh pasta.  We’ll finish our Italian feast with Fresh Berries and Zabaglione for dessert.
