Hands On | Tasting & Take-Home Pasta

Class Description: 

The name says it all!  Join our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt for an upbeat and informative cooking class where you’ll and learn all you need to know to create fresh pastas and basic Italian sauces from scratch!  It’s easier than you think! 

From drying methods to storage to rolling techniques to a trio of tasty sauce pairings, Chef Jill won’t let you leave until she’s taught all the fundamentals you need to create beautiful fresh-made Italian meals in your own kitchen. A fun Thursday night out with friends or your special someone. Mangia!

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
