Culinary professional (and self-professed “pizza-holic”) Chef Mari Ruck teaches you step-by-step how to create several styles of pizza starting with Deep-Dish Chicago-Style Pizza, based on a recipe from Eduardo’s Pizza, a long-time KC favorite!
Once you’ve learned the secrets to making this perfect buttery pizza dough, you’ll want to use it to create all sorts of classic Italian fare. You’ll discover that there really is an art and science to creating the fillings and expertly layering them to cook up this deep-dish delight! She’ll also teach a homemade pizza sauce too!
Chef Mari will then demonstrate techniques to make a delicious thin-crust pizza and we’ll end our pizza-palooza with a simple sheet pan pizza that can feed a crowd! Who doesn't love options, right? Mama Mia!
We’ll offer knives and forks (of course) and double-down on the napkins when we taste these fabulous pizza pies! Take-out pizza? Who needs it!
