Did you know that most people already eat vegan at least one meal each week and don’t even realize it? It’s true, and today’s instructor, Tracy Richter, will show you how to move even further away from what she refers to as an ‘accidental vegan’ to preparing plenty of flavorful meatless dishes on purpose. You might just be pleasantly surprised to discover the variety of rich and tasty dishes you will be able to savor using grains, legumes, nuts, oh, and veggies!
Tracy brings a ton of knowledge to the table. She is the real deal with a genuine love of vegan foods and she’s pulling out the stops as she teaches some of her favorite vegan dishes that celebrate the deliciousness of meatless meals. Tracy will share interesting ways to integrate new ingredients into your dishes plus essential tips on how to cook with them.
She’ll cover basics like what pantry items to keep on hand for quick meals – some ingredients you may already have and some that may sound foreign to you - like aquafaba (aqua-what?) – but have no fear, She will break it all down and take the ‘scary’ out and give you the encouragement to let them shine. Then she’ll show you how to prepare some of her favorite vegan recipes. We’re confident that these fantastic (and super tasty) dishes are destined to become some of your favorites, too.
