The Low Carb Kitchen

If you’ve made a resolution is to cut down on those pesky carbs, you’ll want to join us for this interesting cooking class. 

You'd have to live under a rock to not know that eating too many carbohydrates is low on the list of healthy eating habits, especially if your goal is to up the game on your health and vitality. Tonight, Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is in ‘da house to assist with your quest to ‘cut the carbs’ as she comes armed with simple recipes that are low in carbs, but high in deliciousness. 

These are healthy, flavorful low-carb dishes that will keep you on track, please the palate and help keep those sugar and carb levels where they should be.

Chef Jill will show off her mad cooking skills as she uses essential cooking techniques along with her easy-to-understand teaching style to show you how to prepare sensational low-carb dishes. And, yes, you'll get to taste them too!  She'll make sure you leave with the recipes and confidence to recreate them gems at home.
