Cookie Decorating 101 (For Adults 18 & Older)

Please note that this class has been designed for students 18 years and older.  Your registration tells us that all registered students are at least 18 years of age. We apologize but we cannot make exceptions. 

Join us for a fun and interactive class that’s perfect for beginners as instructor and cookie decorating expert Leesa Yates shows you how to decorate cookies! 

Leesa will start things off by teaching you to make homemade Royal Icing. Next, she’ll show you how to use it as she teaches basic decorating techniques like consistencies, coloring, piping, flooding, and more.

Then, she’ll give you the green light to practice what you’ve learned and work on creating some of your own unique designs. Don’t worry, she’ll have samples of some fun cookie designs that she’s made for you to use as inspiration. 

In the end, you’ll take home fabulous hand-decorated (by YOU!) cookies, plus the confidence and know-how to make more!

Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
