Hands On | Tasting & Take-Home Pasta Dough

This evening you’ll learn to cook tasty Italian cuisine from one of the best. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging culinary instructor with an easy-to-understand teaching style – plus, she’s lots of fun!
She’ll share her tips and teach fundamental cooking techniques as you learn to create authentic (and elegant) Italian dishes that are perfect for both entertaining as well as for quick weeknight meals.
You’ll get your “Italian on” as you tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough.
Then, Chef Jill will move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce, the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo, and more. And, of course, we’ll end on a sweet note with homemade Cannoli – that you’ll get to help fill! A fabulous night of Italian cooking fun! Mangia!
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
